What is the age requirement?

What is THE CLUB?
THE CLUB is the membership program that allows you to earn exclusive benefits and rewards. With a membership card, you can earn Reward Points on your gaming play, as well as select dining, retail and spa purchases.
Who is eligible to join THE CLUB and is there a fee?
Membership is FREE! Must be at least 21 years of age and provide a valid government issued photo I.D. Please visit THE CLUB on your next visit to join and learn more.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Only one account is permitted per guest.
What are the membership levels and how do I advance?
There are seven tier levels. The more you play and spend, the higher your tier. With each tier level advancement, you unlock additional rewards and benefits that are exclusive to THE CLUB.
Signature – There is no Tier Point minimum, new members immediately qualify for the benefits of the Signature membership.
Bronze - Earn 250 Tier Points annually
Silver - Earn 5,000 Tier Points annually
Gold - Earn 20,000 Tier Points annually
Platinum – Earn 50,000 Tier Points annually
Diamond - Earn 100,000 Tier Points annually
Black – Earn 150,000 Tier Points annually
How do I earn Tier Points?
For Gaming Spend: Earn Tier Points by inserting your card on any Slot machine or by presenting your card when playing Table Games, Poker or Bingo.
Slots: $10 Coin-in = 1 Tier Point
Bingo: $10 Buy-in = 1 Tier Point (excluding floor sales)
Video Poker and Specialty Games: $20 coin-in = 1 Tier Point
Table Games: Based on Game Type, Average Bet and Time Played
Poker: Based on Game Type, Amount Played and Time Played
For Non-Gaming Spend: Earn Tier Points by presenting your card at the spa, retail and select dining outlets.
Select Resort Dining Outlets: $10 spent = 1 Tier Point
Any Resort Retail Outlets: $10 spent = 1 Tier Point
Spa Retail and Services: $10 spent = 1 Tier Point
Does my membership card expire?
Your membership card never expires, but Tier Points reset each year on January 1st. Tier Points earned from January 1 - December 31 qualify you for your Tier level for the following year. If you advance your Tier level during the calendar year, you immediately receive that Tier level and the benefits associated - and keep that Tier level for the following year.
What should I do if I lose my membership card?
Simply visit THE CLUB, Hotel Front Desk, any Blackjack Table or visit one of our SIGN UP +
ENROLL Kiosks located throughout the casino floor. Gold, Platinum. Diamond and Black
Members may retrieve their card from VIP Services.
What is Free Play?
Free Play is free slot play available on your account for use throughout the casino. You may receive Free Play as an offer, or you can convert your existing Rewards Points to Free Play for use. Visit THE CLUB desk for assistance in setting a PIN number and to receive instructions on how to download your Free Play onto a machine.
How do I earn Reward Points?
Simply use your card while gaming and when making a select dining or retail purchase to earn Reward Points. The higher your tier, the faster you earn. Reward Points earnings are determined by Game Type, Average Bet, and Time Played.
Do my Reward Points expire?
Your Reward Points will not expire as long as your account remains active. Activity is any Reward Point earning within a rolling 12 month period.
Why do I need a PIN number?
Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) enables you to access Free Play, convert Reward Points to Free Play and check the balances associated with your card. It is very important to keep you PIN number private so that no one else can download your Free Play. You may change your PIN number at any time by visiting THE CLUB desk and showing proper identification.
Giveaways, Drawings and Promotions
How do I earn entries for drawings and other promotions?
Earn entries by using your card from THE CLUB while playing slot machines, table games, bingo, or making purchases at select dining and retail outlets. Entries are automatically calculated and awarded electronically. Members must ensure their card is properly inserted into the machine or presented to Table Games, Bingo, or Outlet Team Member before playing. For specific promotion rules, please visit THE CLUB or Promotions desk.
How do I know my entries are included in the Drawing?
To be eligible for a drawing, eligible participants must check-in the day of the drawing at any of our PROMOTIONS + OFFERS kiosks. Check-in begins sixty (60) minutes prior to each drawing session. For specific promotion rules, please visit THE CLUB or Promotions desk.
How do drawings work?
Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries through the drawing system and must be present to win. The selected winner(s) will be announced throughout the casino floor and must claim their prize within the designated time period.
Do I have to be present to win during car drawings or other promotions?
For Weekly Wheels, you must be present to win, though you will need to check in between 4p-9:30p on the day of the drawing. For the Quarterly giveaway, you must be present to win, though you will need to check in between 4p-9p on the day of the drawing. For all other promotions, you must be present to win. How many times am I eligible to win drawings?
There is no limit to how many drawings you can win. So, it pays to stay and play with your membership card.
When do my drawing entries expire?
Entries expire following the last giveaway on the designated drawing date. However, you automatically begin earning entries for the next drawing the following morning at 12:00 AM.
